A 501(c)(3) dedicated
to the irreplaceable.
We are a nonprofit board of volunteers — Coloradoans, mostly — who have committed time and skill to the preservation of historic stained glass, sacred architecture, and the cultural resources tied to them.
Our official purpose, in IRS-determined language.
To promote the preservation, restoration, and stewardship of historically significant properties and cultural resources — by raising funds from private and public sources, applying for and providing grants and financial support for preservation projects, and educating the public about the historical, architectural, and cultural significance of such properties.
Stained Glass of Significant Artistic Merit.
The windows under our stewardship — including works by the Tiffany Glass and Decorating Company of New York — have been formally recognized as cultural and historic treasures of national significance.
The Board.
Eight volunteer directors steward this work — gathering, deliberating, and signing the kind of paperwork that keeps a 100-year-old roof from leaking onto a 100-year-old window.
